This lot, referred to as "Aceh Fruity", is a carefully prepared profile consisting of 60% coffee from the Suka Ramai area in Southwest Aceh, and 40% from Atu Lintang in Central Aceh. Farmers in Ace meticulousl sort picked cherrys by color, which are then sent to a cooperative in Medan, in North Sumatra, for traditional "giling basah," or wet hulled, processing.
