Finca Don Rafa is located in a small community called Las Margaritas. Within Chiapas. Mexico, Byeong Soo Kim, known as Teddy, became the farm owner in 2014. Teddy set out to prove the quality of Mexican coffee. Teddy works with other local small producers to bring the community specialty-market revenues and to teach coffee production techniques, including eco-friendly practices.
